Shipping
All Tweed Skincare orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 5 working days of purchase.
- UK shipping only
- Flat-rate postage & packaging: £4.95, unless otherwise stated – some products qualify for free P&P, this is made clear when ordering.
- Orders are sent via a reliable delivery service
- Dispatch confirmation will be provided once your order leaves us
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and in the interest of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
We are, however, happy to assist if:
- An item arrives faulty
- Your order is damaged during transit
- You receive an incorrect product
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Approval
Where a return is approved:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Returns must be authorised before being sent back
- Tweed Skincare reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
